Ohio

  • Gilboa Quarry, Ottawa, OH - Private quarry with an excellent dive shop on hand including fills and camping.

  • White Star Quarry, Gibsonville, OH - Private quarry with onsite concession handling air and nitrox fills.

Illinois

  • Mermet Springs, Belknap, IL - Quarry with an excellent dive shop on hand including fills and camping

  • Pearl Lake, South Beloit, IL - Small lake, no dive shop.

  • Three Oaks Recreation Area, Crystal Lake, IL - Small lake with three acre dive area.

  • Haigh Quarry, Bourbonnaise Twp., IL - Quarry with dive shop on hand including fills. *note, recent reports indicate near untenable visibility conditions.

  • Greenwood Beach, Evanston, IL - Shore diving in Lake Michigan. Visibility can be problematic and the walk from parking is far. Contact the park manager to arrange diving in advance.
